China opts for a more realistic approach to climate change

Blamed for the failure of the Copenhagen climate change summit, China is bringing together the big players of the developing world to discuss realistic, energy-efficiency targets. Keen to reform its image, they’re pulling out all the stops to cut energy intensity 20% by the end of this year, compared to 2005.
