Earth Day revisited

Today is Earth Day – an opportunity to celebrate increasing environmental awareness and improvements, but also a time to reconsider reactionary and alarmist green policies. The NYT points out the environmental costs of rejecting GM crops and nuclear power and Julian Morris points out the baseless fears promoted by the green movement, who should be focusing on real environmental problems.
