What might happen to Africans if the ashcloud evaporated and was replaced by misguided “green” policies

Kenya’s flower industry isn’t the only African industry in disarray as a result of the ash cloud over Europe: Zambia’s exporters are hurting too.  Those who call for restrictions on aviation and other activities involving emissions would presumably be against the scrapping of tens of thousands of meaningful jobs in Africa, but that would be the impact of their ludicrous suggestion.
