A native of Argentina, Martín Krause directs the Centro de Investigaciones de Instituciones y Mercados at the Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE), a graduate business school in Buenos Aires. Having earned his doctorate in management from the Universidad Católica de La Plata, he teaches law and economics at the University of Buenos Aires. A member of the Mont Pélérin Society, he also lectures regularly and is a visiting professor at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala. In 1993, he was awarded a prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship, an enrichment program for emerging leaders from around the world. He is also the recipient of the 2007 Premio Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Buenos Aries.
