Dr Oliver Hartwich is a Research Director at Policy Exchange, overseeing research into economic competitiveness. He is also the UK representative of the German think tank Institut für Unternehmerische Freiheit (Institute for Free Enterprise).
Previously, he worked in International Policy Network's Environment Programme.
