Bermuda

Like other low tax jurisdictions, Bermuda has an extremely high GDP per capita (almost $70,000). Health care provision is a mix of the private and public sector, funded by compulsory insurance and direct consumer billing. Standards of care are extremely high. Because Bermuda imports all of its medicine, there are no tariffs on pharmaceutical imports, with the exception of bandages and plasters, on which there is a tariff of 22.5%.
