China Institute For Public Affairs (CIPA) is a non-profit academic organization founded in New York City, the U.S.A. in 2004. China Institute for Public Affairs (“CIPA”), has been organized to promoteindependent and serious thinking on public affairs concerning China and overseas Chinese communities, seeking a healthy and sustainable development mode for Chinese society, improving the quality of life of Chinese people and enhancing the world’s understanding of China and Chinese culture. To fulfill these goals, they intend to organize events and develop projects and programs to promote public service, participate in intellectual debates and policymaking concerning public affairs and to seek practical solutions for the reform of China’s political, legal, economic and social systems.
