This report is a response from a global coalition of concerned civil society groups to the World Health Organization’s Commission on Intellectual Property Rights, Innovation and Public Health (CIPIH).
This study, published by the Centre for Independent Studies in Australia, argues that foreign aid is fuelling corruption in poor countries and that the solution is to confine overseas aid to genuine emergencies in poor countries.
